Group Training

Train in a supportive, high-energy environment where every workout is designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build real-world endurance. Our group classes focus on functional movement, strength training, conditioning, muscular endurance, and HIIT - all while keeping it fun and challenging.

Each session is carefully structured so you can train safely and effectively at your own pace. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, modifications are always provided to fit your individual needs.

With a class cap of 8 people, you'll get the personal attention of a coach with the motivation and energy of a team. Come ready to work, grow and be part of a community.

Private Training

Our private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're focused on strength, mobility, fat loss, athletic performance, or simply moving pain-free. Your program is completely tailored to your goals, limitations, and lifestyle.

Each 45-minute session includes individualized coaching, progress tracking, and guidance outside the gym - including nutrition support to help you stay on track.

This is more than just a workout. It’s a partnership built to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with purpose.

Assisted stretch remedy

Enhance your recovery and mobility with guided, trainer-assisted stretching. This session is designed to help you achieve a deeper, more controlled stretch than you might reach on your own — promoting increased flexibility, improved range of motion, and a greater sense of physical ease.

Assisted Stretch Remedy is ideal for active individuals, busy professionals, or anyone looking to move better and feel more refreshed. Whether you're training hard or just starting your fitness journey, this service helps support better movement and body awareness.

Athlete Training, Small Group

Train alongside other dedicated athletes in a focused, high-energy group setting. These 45-minute sessions are designed to develop strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention - all tailored to your sport, season, and position.

Each small group (up to 6 athletes) allows for individual attention while building camaraderie and competition. You'll follow a structured program that supports in-season or off-season goals, with recovery and nutrition guidance included to fuel your performance.

Team Training

Designed for sports teams looking to build strength, speed, and resilience together. Our team training sessions focus on sport-specific performance, injury prevention, and conditioning — all structured to complement your in-season or off-season goals.

Coach Jojo works directly with coaching staff to develop custom programs tailored to your team’s age group, sport, and competitive level. Sessions can include strength development, speed and agility drills, mobility work, and recovery strategies.

Training as a team not only builds physical performance, it sharpens communication, accountability, and confidence both on and off the field.
