Joseph Ortiz is a certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience in rehabilitation, functional movement, and sports performance. A former collegiate football player and lifelong athlete, Joseph draws from a wide range of training methodologies to deliver a uniquely effective approach tailored to each client’s needs.
His philosophy blends athletic performance with practical function — helping people of all fitness levels build strength, move better, and live pain-free.
Rooted in faith and committed to purpose-driven coaching, Joseph creates a positive, results-focused environment where clients feel empowered to grow. Outside of training, he’s a proud husband and father who values family, faith, and community.
